S.I.C. offers these systems worldwide as a detail design consultant, licensor or supplier depending on the specific conditions of each project and S.I.C.'s clients include railways, mass transit organizations, contractors and manufacturers.
P.W.C. operates a factory in Northern Texas where it produces LVT concrete blocks, pre-assembles complete LVT units and organizes their delivery throughout the United States.
P.W.C. is a fully-owned subsidiary of S.I.C. and both corporations are headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, just outside Washington, D.C.
