InnoTrans Berlin 2022 "Linking Europe"

«Linking Europe» is our theme at this year’s InnoTrans and refers to the Swiss 4-meter corridor – the centerpiece of the rail freight route between Rotterdam and Genoa.

The 4-meter corridor was completed from Basel to Ticino in order to boost transalpine freight transport by rail and to sustainably protect the Alpine region on the Gotthard axis. The 4-meter corridor in Switzerland is linking Europe through the unique freight route from Rotterdam to Genoa.
