Qualification LVT HA Type 1 supports for Metro Mumbai Line 3 Project

The locally manufactured Low Vibration Track (LVT) supports in Mumbai are currently in qualification process. After successful qualification the approval for use in the track of Metro Mumbai Line 3 project can be submitted. The track installation shall start within the next days.

After setup of two casting machines in a precast yard in Mumbai in October/November and testing of concrete mixtures qualification, blocks had been casted and the facility prepared for the start of mass production.  This is the first time the LVT system is being installed in a large scale project in India. We are looking forward to supervising the mass production and installation of the LVT track in the project to complete the project successfully.
